Hi, I’m Ana Zadro—the heart behind this personal concierge service. Originally from Croatia, I began my career in the hospitality world working in luxury hotel concierge. After moving to St. Louis, I spent four years managing private homes and later worked in corporate finance.
While I gained valuable experience in the corporate world, I realized my true passion lies in what comes naturally to me: helping others, staying organized, and creating calm in the chaos. I have a keen sense for when people need support and love making spaces, and lives run more smoothly.
Now, I’ve turned that passion into a business built on trust, efficiency, and thoughtful service.

With my corporate background, I provide executive assistant services to help with day-to-day tasks as needed. My services can help with a wide range of tasks, from preparing quotes and invoices, organizing travel arrangements, preparing/mailing marketing packets to organizing files and correspondence, the list goes on! Other services can also help with those bigger projects that you would like to outsource, such as organizing team building events, writing content for your website and social media pages and much more!
