Your Partner in Productivity 

Hi, I’m Ana -the heart and hands behind Handled. Originally from Croatia, I started my career in hotel concierge work, where I learned the importance of exceptional service, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they’re spoken.

I later moved to Missouri, where I earned my B.A. in International Business, and eventually completed my Master’s in Business in Sweden. After returning to St. Louis, I spent four years as a private house manager, overseeing daily household operations, vendor coordination, organization projects, and overall home management. I then transitioned into corporate finance, gaining valuable experience in structure, communication, and client support.

Through all these chapters, one truth became clear: my passion lies in helping people feel supported, organized, and at ease. I have a natural sense for creating order, reading what someone needs, and bringing calm to busy homes and busy lives.

Handled is the result of that passion, an on-demand personal concierge service built on trust, efficiency, and thoughtful care. My goal is simple: to make your day run smoother, your home feel lighter, and your life a little easier.
